| So what happens at Body Bootcamp? Our schedule includes weight training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays using resistance bands or free weights. On Tuesdays and Thursdays is cardio training, which includes kickboxing and some of the instructor's fight training. Topping things off is a Yoga class Saturday mornings to help flexibility and relieve muscle soreness and stress. |

| As for how the program works, Body Bootcamp is broken down into three (3) 4-week phases. The first phase focuses on building muscle through the combination of weight training, cardio, and flex Yoga. The second phase is geared toward muscle toning which is accomplished by ramping up the activities as done in the first phase, with the addition of 'muscle confusion' activities to stop the body from getting used to the exercises. The third phase then combines the muscle building and toning activities (with continued 'muscle confusion') to help solidify your results and keep you on the right path. |

| A key to the success of the program is that students all work at their own pace and within their own fitness levels. So even if you're completely new to this kind of activity, there's absolutely no fear that you might get behind or drag the class down. We accomplish this by working with our students and helping them achieve personal bests instead of trying to hold everyone to a common absolute standard. |

Our instructors are another key to the success. Mr. Thanh Lo, head instructor for Body Bootcamp, holds 3 different Black Belts and has trained in contact Kickboxing and Grappling. Mr. Lo is assisted by a very experienced and capable set of instructors including: Mrs. Lisa Brockman - holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has been teaching cardio kickboxing for over 10 years. Mrs. Kristi Conway - holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has been teaching Cardio Kickboxing for 5 years. Mr. Scott Folke holds 2 Black Belts and has been teaching Contact and Cardio Kickboxing for 5 years. Ms. Manda Brockman holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
