PERSONAL PROTECTION CLASSES Upcoming dates for FAST Defense Adult Basics classes for people ages 13 and up are Friday, Jan. 23, 2009 at 7:00 pm and Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 1:00 pm. This class is great for high school students, college students and adults. The class is $99, but high school and college students only pay $50! No martial arts experience is necessary! SPECIAL NOTICES SCHEDULE CHANGE: Effective Tues. January 6, 2009, the 6:15 - 7:00 pm class on Tuesdays will be a 1st Degree Brown and Black Belt class. This class is for students with this belt rank only. There are no other changes to the schedule at this time.

STUDIO SERVICE PROJECT: FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN The Feed My Starving Children location in Eagan is constantly in need of the following items: Paper Towels 9 Volt Batteries Plastic Spoons Paper Cups Laundry Detergent Liquid Hand Soap Refills Monetary Donations You can drop any of these items off at the studio for us to deliver or else take them to FMSC yourself.
